Frequently Asked Questions – GlowXpert
1. How long does shipping take?
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location. All orders include tracking.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and selected European countries.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all standard orders unless otherwise noted during checkout.
4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven’t received it within 3 days, contact us at hey@glowxpert.com.
5. What if I entered the wrong address?
If you realize your address is incorrect, email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. If it has shipped, we cannot change it and are not responsible for lost packages.
6. Can I return a product?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used beauty items. Check our Return Policy for more details.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
8. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, refunds are available for eligible returns. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
9. Is GlowXpert safe for all skin types?
Yes! Our products are made with skin-friendly ingredients and are dermatologically tested. However, we always recommend a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
